2013 FX SHO what to watch out for?.
Hi lads
I've got a few years experience of jet sking as in owning and maintaining one. After a few year of Seadoo. I've switched to a 2013 FX SHO Cruiser dealer maintained all its life. No major issues. Just looking to a few pointers on what maybe to look out for on these ski's ? Problems etc.?.
Any help is a bonus. I always like to get other people's experience of similar ski's. I've had rocker cover off this ski to check timing chain as I've heard a few reports of problems. All is fine. Thanks for reading.

No major issues with those mate, pretty well bullet proof in stock form, a BOV to look after the already robust std clutch would be all i would do to extend it's life but it's not a necessity to make it any more reliable.
The timing chain afflicted the SVHO in '14 and '15 so you have nothing to worry about with that.

Cheers for info. Was thinking of BOV as the only mod. If I can get at decent price in UK. It's fast enough stock and don't wanna overload it

It has standard intake grate on. The bloke I brought it off had upgrade one on. Is there much difference to the standard? As I only got to ride it with standard one on.Originally Posted by Bonkers

Didn't the '14's and newer have hull delamination issues as well. Glad I got a '13 as it uses marina regular gas rather than premium required in the newer ones, too.
